I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance intituled:-

An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a

Supplementary Sum of Six hundred and thirty five thousand four hundred and forty two Dollars and twenty seven Cents to defray the Charges of the

year 1934.

I have further to transmit in accordance with Colonial Regulation No.223 the Appropriation Account for the year 1934 which embodies full information respecting the excesses and savings under each sub-head of the Estimates of Expenditure.

4. Copies of the Hansard Reports of the proceedings in Legislative Council, together with copies of the Treasurer's Report on the Finances for the year 1934, are enclosed.
